Hover effects way

    Hello.
    When I am hovering on image I can see from where are coming the hover effects. How can I disable that way? I don’t want to see. I want to see it only on my image container. Now I am seeing the hover effetcs every time. Also When i am not hovering on image it shows the position of effects.
