    Hello Tobias,
I have created a small table with your TablePress plugin on one of my website pages. Now I would like to have it responsive with “scroll function.
    I am using [table id=1 responsive=scroll /] as a shortcut.
Horizontal scroll function has been checked.
But for any reason It’s not working. Do I need additional CSS code?

    Regards,
    Torsten

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Please uncheck the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox (and actually the “Use DataTables” checkbox). The scrolling feature is already added by the Extension, having both will not work.

Then, however, it seems that you added the table to some box that your theme hides on small screens?

    Tobias

    Tobias,
thank’s for your prompt respond. About your question: yes, that’s right, my headache. For me not quite understandable, because when changing into responsive mode only a few disappears. I don’t know why??

One actual example: text below table seems to be fine on responsive mode, but H2 headline and 2 lines text below h2 disappears…after that images and…is okay again. Have you got any clou for this issue?

    Hi,

the heading and the table disappear because of some CSS code that seems to be coming from your theme. That is hiding all elements with the CSS class .et_pb_text_2 on small screens. I can only assume that you can somehow define this in the page builder that your theme uses. Maybe you can re-create the block with the table on the page.

The table is definitely not hidden by TablePress.

    Regards,
    Tobias
