arrows not displaying

    Hi – just updated plug-in and now my white arrows are not showing up.

    Using Flex Slider with Arrows checkbox checked and Navigation set to Hidden.
    In Theme Editor Enable Custom Arrows is checked and Built in Styles
    is set to Type 8 in White.

    Any suggestions to get them working again please?

    I looked at your page but can you double check that the arrows are enabled? I’ll look into this now.

    The arrows are enabled.

    I had bullets set as hidden but was getting two vertical list bullets showing under my slider. Have add `.flex-direction-nav {
    list-style: none!important;
    }` and this has fixed it and my arrows now show.

    However, problem 2 is that the left side of my slider has a white strip down it which is cutting off part of the image – in Chrome.

    Problem 3 is that the arrows and animation is not working at all in Safari, Firefox or Opera?

    Can confirm that the following are all checked.
    Print CSS
    Print JS
    No conflict mode

    Hey @upbeatguy, can you confirm you upgraded the free version to 3.6.1 and the Pro version to 2.7.1?

    That’s correct – would you like a user log-in to take a peek?

    That would be fine, but before that, if I look on your homepage it looks like the printJS is not enabled. Can you check that again? Also, I don’t see the white bar either.

    If I were to guess, it’s that printJS is not working for some reason, and it seems to work in Chrome because of caching. Can you try to uncheck printJS, save, re-check it, clear out the cache then try again?

    Still not working.

    In Chrome the slider works as it should with arrows visible. – but has a white space to the left side.

    In other browsers its a fixed static image with no arrows.

    If setting up a user I need a name and email address.

    We just sent an update (3.6.2) that reverts some of the styling. Can you see if this solves the issue? if not, send a message through the support form and I’ll reply there.

    I’m going to mark this as resolved since it should be working now for everyone. If you upgrade the plugin and still have a concern, please reopen this issue of start a new one. Thank you.
