Welcome Page and no article showing

Hey peops thank you for your help.
So I recently made my first article but it is impossible for me to make it happen that it is shown on my page.
My 2 questions are:
1) How can i publish my article at its best with the appointment theme?
I just can fix it in the menu or in a widget. I would like to publish it on the welcome page below.
2) I have the PlugIn Yoast SEO. If I go to pages I see all my created Pages but no “welcome page”. How can I create a Keyword for my welcome page.
Its only feasible to design the welcome page under – “attitude -> “read”. There you go. I have the Settings: Showing last 10 articles.

I copied it and paste it. Its in German. Maybe it makes it easier for you. Here we go:
