pages in wrong order

    Hi, I am starting over after deciding to re-do my site. I just reinstalled wordpress and created my argent-child theme. For some reason the Home page is listed last, and I would like it to be first. I tried deleting the pages and adding them in my desired order, but that has not worked. I’m not sure why this is happening, I did not have this issue with the theme the first time I created my site. Hoping it’s something silly I’m overlooking. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @serenikitty! It sounds like you’re referring to the order of items in your menu, right?

    If you haven’t already, try creating a custom menu rather than letting the theme display a default menu. With a custom menu, you can drag and drop the pages into your preferred order. No need to redo your pages themselves.

    Here’s a guide to creating a custom menu in WP Admin:

    You can also add one in your Customizer’s Menus panel if you prefer.
