Where to get Feedburner Help? (10,000+ email subscriptions stopped in a day)

    I use Feedburner to distribute blog posts from https://ssnet.org/

    I have linked to one subscription page. Another sample is this:
    https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=SabbathSchoolDaily/AmericasCaribbean

    Altogether, on various feeds, I have over 10,000 email addresses, and these are subscribed through Feeburner’s “Publicize” function under which there is an “Email Subscriptions” option.

    Everything functioned as it should until some time November 12, 2017 when the “subscriptions” in my Feedburner Dashboard all dropped to 0 (zero).

    The feeds looks fine. (See https://feeds.feedburner.com/SabbathSchoolNetDaily) for an example. The emails just stopped going out, and there is nothing on Feedburner to troubleshoot this.

    I tried editing the subscription list, which still shows, if I select Nov 12. I deleted non-verified subscriptions and “saved” the list. But that didn’t seem to make a difference.

    I know this is not a Feedburner support forum, but it the issue is crucial to my blog, and I was hoping someone might know how to get Feeburner support, because I can’t find any.

    Actually, that URL only points to information I already know, and there’s no links to any sort of help.

    A tool others might find helpful to find errors:
    https://validator.w3.org/ (Even though the feed *looks* right, the emailing option might stumble over an odd character.)

    PS Not sure what you mean by “commercial product.” Feedburner is a free service available to bloggers on all platforms, including www.ads-software.com.

    I know this is not a Feedburner support forum, but it the issue is crucial to my blog, and I was hoping someone might know how to get Feeburner support, because I can’t find any.

    Which is why I’m closing this topic. This is a WordPress support forum, not a Feedburner one. ??
