    As you can see on their GitHub page they need funding.

    This post might seem contradictory, as I recently posted that I don’t like it’s implementation on WP 4.9, but that’s just the way it’s presented in the WP customizer and the irritating alerts that have been set up.

    The editor itself seems quite good, and after looking at their funding page it seems they need a bit of help.

    As millions of WP installs will soon have CodeMirror, it would probably be nice to help the developers out, especially if you make wordpress sites for a living and use it…
