Error establishing a database connection

  • hi dear, i have problem with wordpress when i instill it (Error establishing a database connection).i dont know how to do? can you help me please?

  • Hey You must need to give proper database permission. Or if you moved website, You need to add correct hostname, database and password into wp-config.php

    You need to see first that their must be all required permission.
    If everything is perfect then look weather the details are type correctly and Case-Sensitive.

    suppose if you are installing wordpress first of all you have to create database and setup the information in wp-config.php. otherwise if you are migrating database you have to check permission and import database file in database whatever you create in phpmyadmin.

    go to wp-config.php file
    check database name and website name will same or not
    if not to change and currect to same name
