Permalinks for Category/Subcategories

You can link directly to categories by adding ?categories=X to the end of the catalogue URL (you’ll need to replace the “X” with the Category ID number, which you can find at the top of the Edit category page).

For example: if you want to link to a category with an ID of 1, the URL will look like this:

https://www.gbcsafetyglow.com/products/?categories=1

If you want a sub-category link instead, it would look like this:

https://www.gbcsafetyglow.com/products/?sub-categories=1

So I type in:
https://www.gbcsafetyglow.com/products/?sub-category=2

which, based on what you said, should bring up the Accessible Means of Egress Sub-Category but it just brings up the main /products page.

I try that with any IDs and it just displays the main products page only. How can I get it to link to specifics?

The correct URL should be https://www.gbcsafetyglow.com/products/?sub-categories=2 (it wasn’t working because the one you had posted contained “sub-category“)
