Blog page

Hi there,

I am trying to put in a blog page (I accidentally deleted the original in the theme early in the production of my site, sorry). I am going to settings > reading and highlighting the static page option. Under the homepage menu, I can’t find the homepage to select. It is the only page not there. I can find the page I want my posts to go to i.e. the new blog page I created.

Not sure what to do as I want to add my blog to the menu.
