  • I think that you should update your paths using Better Search Replace and replacing every /sites/3/sites/3 with /sites/3.

    Also, make sure that you site URL isset correctly (WordPress options)

    Thanks @ospiotr. I runned the script but it didn’t found /sites/3/sites/3 in the database. It must be something in the Woocommerce files or in the WordPress Core files.

    As I mentioned: everything worked fine until I updated WordPress to 4.9 few days ago. Thanks for your advise anyway.
