Website doesn’t load after trying to change url

My website doesn’t load after I tried to change my url. I can’t login on the /wp-login. I can’t do anything. I contacted Bluehost and they said that my website just loads slowly. It’s not loading at all!!! I don’t know how to access any kind of settings because I can’t get to my site at all. He told me to optimise my website. How can i of it won’t load???!!
