    Hello,

    My social count doesn’t update since a while. I dont know whats wrong. tried deleting the plugins andputting it back but nothing.

    I am facing the same problem. It does not update counts. I have to save all settings again in order to see the updated numbers.

    This plugin depends on WordPress transients, so if there is some hard cache, that never updates, will keep without updating the results on this plugin too.
    And do not forget that this plugin only look for new results once a day, to not overload your website.
