Problems before launching my app

    Hi there

    Your service has been good so far, however, i have raised a couple of question and wanting them to be solved before launching my app to play store and app store. I raised these question from [email protected], but it has waiting so long for your reply, would you mind mind to solve my question as i have been joining your golden membership since a month ago and still my app is not able to be released to public, thanks!
