Easy Digital Downloads store header disappears

    I’m trying to integrate UM with my store that’s using Easy Digital Downloads and FrontEnd Submissions by the dame developer.

    I used to have a store banner for each individual store, this is something you upload through the Frontend Submissions plugin.

    After installing UM whenever I upload a store banner, nothing happens. I though perhaps the cover upload feature of UM was conflicting with this, but uploading something through there doesn’t work either.

    If anyone has a solution to make these two things work together, that would be much appreciated!
    I just want to retain the original functionality where I upload through FES.

    Hi @mjthehunter,

    Can you please check developers console of your browser and let us know if you have any errors there? You can also try to do a conflict test by disabling all plugins except Easy Digital Downloads, FrontEnd Submissions and Ultimate member and see if this issue goes away.

    Not the best solution in the world. I did a fresh install of wordpress and only added EDD, FES and UM. They seem to play together so far. I’m slowly adding more and more EDD add-ons to see if any of it breaks.

    The strange thing is, this issue came about after installing UM. But wasn’t fixed after I deleted UM again.
