Search bar grayed out

  • Hi. Within the post page where you can search for an item on Amazon to put into your post, the search bar is grayed out. I cannot use it. Any idea why? Thank you.

    Dear @skim2288,

    The search bar is grayed out due to two reasons:
    1. Your PA-API credentials are empty.
    2. You have not added any store-ids on the settings page.

    The same will be displayed to you when you hover over the grayed out area. Please enter above entries and let us know if it’s working you after that

    Same problem here.

    PA-API credentials are there. Store IDs as well. A rollback does net help. As I am not the only one I guess the problem must be something else.

    Hovering over the search icon or search box does not show anything.
