I have setup this plugin and thought all was well until people couldn’t checkout with this plugin enabled. I tested different payment gateways (I enabled cash on delivery to test) and still didn’t work.

I tried disabling the plugin and then checkout worked fine again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Jerry

Thanks for your message. There are 3 possible causes 1) incorrect installation of the plugin so it cannot communicate with xero (most likely) 2)Interaction with some other plugins that you are using with Woo or 3) a security setting is kicking in (least likely but can happen eg I had one with the paypal checkout). Please can you tell me what error message given in the Debug screen is?

    Thanks
    Pete
