“WP database out of date” message

  • When I click to edit a post, I get the following message:

    Database Upgrade Required. Your WordPress database is out-of-date, and must be upgraded before you can continue. The upgrade process may take a while, so please be patient.

    I get the same message if I click on Site Admin on the blog. I’ve already upgraded to WP 2.7.

    I repaired and optimized the panels under phpMyAdmin, but the problem is still there.

    Blue Host support doesn’t know what the problem is. I checked the WP forums, and saw some others had the same issue, but fixed it by repairing the optimizing the panels. That doesn’t work for me.

    Any ideas?

    Please repair the database of your blog or restore the database from available blog…when you browse the admin section of your blog..it may ask for the upgrade so just click on upgrade to resolve the case…
