    Hello,

I am having issues when synchronizing my woocommerce store with my Mailchimp account.

In my wordpress I never see that products and orders are completely synchronized, even if I force the synchronization, it never synchronizes everything.

In certain automated ecommerce emails, certain blocks of coupons, products, recommendations, are left as hooked, do not connect to the store and I get a notice to verify that my store is connected (and store is connected).

It is quite confusing that every time the store is disconnected and connected, the emails have to be reconfigured from scratch. There is nothing that distinguishes emails associated with old connections.

Once configured the emails, it is very complicated to know if there are emails in queue that are going to be sent.

As a result, and in my attempts to make everything work correctly, now in my dashboard I have five connected stores, when I only have one.

In all the occasions I have disabled the plugin before uninstalling it, I have deactivated caches, and the great majority of plugins except woocommerce and storefront.

I’m using the latest versions of all the plugins, on a server running PHP 7.1.

How can non-active or old connections be permanently removed?

How can I find out which emails are queued to be sent?

How can I synchronize all my orders and all my products?

I hope you can read this and help us with sync issues, seems that there are other users having same problems, and this leads the plugin not to be trustable.

    Thanks for listening.

  • Hey there @artgoddess,

Thanks for sharing all this information. I’d be glad to help where I can here. Just to let you know, troubleshooting the automations you’re working with in MailChimp would be best troubleshot with the help of MailChimp’s Support Team. They have the tools to login to your account and help you with some of the errors and unexpected behavior you’re seeing.

That being said, I’d be glad to help troubleshoot these syncing issues you’ve been encountering with the plugin.

To get started, could you provide a few more details including the following?

    – Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
    – Could you provide a screenshot of the ‘Sync’ tab from the MailChimp for WooCommerce settings after the sync has completed?

Thanks for these details to help get things started. Regarding the issues you’re seeing with automations, MailChimp’s Support Team would have the necessary tools to help investigate further. In the meantime, I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Thank you @mcsupport, here you have:

Let me know your comments. Best!

    Hey @artgoddess

Thanks for that information. I was able to investigate a bit and didn’t see anything that indicated a stuck sync. When that “Resync” button appears on the Sync tab, it indicates that the sync has completed, but it seems that in this case it has left off syncing some of the items.

I have seen this occur before when there are a number of Draft Products or Incomplete/Cancelled Orders in WooCommerce. These are items that are not expected to sync over to MailChimp, but are still pulled in the total count. Just to rule this out as a possibility, are there draft products or incomplete/cancelled orders in your store contributing to this total number? More specifically, are you finding that there are specific products or orders in WooCommerce that you do not see in MailChimp?

Additionally, would you be able to share that link to the System Status Report one more time? I’m afraid we weren’t able to extract all the necessary information before it expired.

    Thanks,
    Malachite

    Hello @mcsupport,

Yes, there are draft products and cancelled orders. I attach screenshots:

    orders

Where can I see in Mailchimp synced products and/or orders?

I’m sharing with you, again, screenshot of Mailchimp tab:

In mailchimp_woocommerce-xxxx.log I can see some issues:

2017-11-28T15:49:42+00:00 ERROR order_submit.error :: addStoreOrder :: 706 :: A product with the provided ID does not exist in the account for this list. on 1315 in /home/**********/public_html/domain.com/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

Also, a screenshot from Mailchimp campaign, showing 5 stores connected:

Once again, thankyou very much for your time. ??

    Hey there @artgoddess

Thanks for sharing all that really useful information!

After looking things over, it appears this sync is not stuck but has just finished syncing all qualifying information. MailChimp for WooCommerce will only sync completed orders and published products. However, the Sync tab will show a total for all the orders in the account. This can be misleading, and I’m passing feedback to our developers to get this clarified a bit further for future updates.

In the meantime, you can view the e-commerce data in your account by using MailChimp’s segmentation features to view those who have purchased, or view products in your list. Here are some resources I pulled from MailChimp’s Knowledge Base to help get you started:

Segment a List by Purchase Activity: https://eepurl.com/cdzAYf

    Use Product Content Blocks: https://eepurl.com/clFFFf

Sorry for the inconvenience with that display issue. Let me know if you have any other questions.
