Does not recognize ANY cities

    Recently plugin stopped working. No longer recognizes ANY cities. Short code and widget do not work for any cities.

    I only see a text alert block where the weather widget should be “No Weather Information Available”.

    I tried to delete and reinstall.
    I tried to delete and recreate new API keys.

    Nothing seems to work.
    Please help.

    Here is the short code that I used:

    [awesome-weather location=”Branson” text_color=”#ffffff” background_by_weather=”1″]

    This short worked fine for 8 months. Now it does not recognize the city. When I change it to Chicago or Paris, it still does not recognize.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you try adding the owm_city_id this might help:

    [awesome-weather location="Branson" owm_city_id="4378219" text_color="#ffffff" background_by_weather="1"]

    I’m still waiting with this issue, really need a fix. The city id doesnt work because we serve weather widgets dynamically and by address data (city, state, country names)

    We do it dynamically so cant find the city id everytime
