flexslider stupid problem

    I want to include my photo in the flexslider, but this picture grows so much when I see on a big window (in PC) and I want to preserve the same the size always. I was searching and I found element rules not included in the css, (maybe some js) I want to lock these parameters but I can’t find where are and I’m going crazy searching.
