    Is it possible to setup a form that will email to different addresses depending on option chosen?

    That would work but I do have a question about the price, is it $15 for 6 month and then you pay again?

    Dear Sabine,

    The payment for the product is one time and its cost depends on the subscription plan you choose. After your subscription period expires, you can use the product with its full functionality as long as necessary. However, you will not get new version updates.

    You will need to renew the license by purchasing the product again to receive updates again.
    Please if possible the questions concerning Pro version of the plugin ask via support tickets.
