• Hi,

Is it possible to make to increase the width so that when I post landscape pictures, it would take up the whole space instead of just half of it? Currently the theme works for portrait pictures nicely and I would it to look as good for landscape pictures.

Also, is it possible to show 1 post at a time instead of 2?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi @abcxyz1,

If you use the Gallery shortcode (via Add Media > Create Gallery when editing a post) and add a singular image, that image will be displayed wider than the content column. You can see it in action here (close to the bottom of the page), and find a more extensive tutorial on how to use the built-in gallery functionality in WordPress here.

There’s no way to show two posts at the same time in Hamilton, though – at least not without extensive changes to the code.

    Hi Anders,

Sorry if i was unclear, what i meant was the home page and not a post.

For example here , the red boxes represents the landscape picture and the 2 red boxes is what i meant by 1 post at a time instead of 2 posts side by side.

    Thanks again.

    Hi abcxyz1,

Ah, I see. No, there’s no way to get that functionality out of the box in Hamilton. It would require some pretty substantial changes to both the styling and the PHP code, so it’s not something easily described here, unfortunately.
