Refresh Thumbnail bulk action produces warnings

Hi – nice plugin, thanks! I’m using the “Just videos” mode, works great, even though the permalink check says they’re not set (they are), and deactivating/activating the plugin made no difference.

Just one issue so far:
I changed the thumbnail size in the settings, then in the Album view I used the Refresh Thumbnail bulk action, got this message at the top of the screen:

Unrelated:
Would you consider adding the ability to include a caption or description to each video, in addition to the title, in a future version? So it’s more like a photo gallery. My client has a short description with each video that he’d like displayed in the gallery. Should appear below the title or below the thumbnail.
