Hello, In the Abandoned Orders page some of the order ID’s don’t have Email Address, Customer Info & Order Totals. That area shows up blank on the list but when you click on the ID# you can see the information. This started happening after WordPress was updated to 4.9.

    Please help.

    Hi,

Can you please let me know which version of WooCommerce is activated on your site?

Kindly provide us a screenshot of the Abandoned Orders tab.

Can you please let me know the issue has occurred with the logged-in user or guest users or visitor users?

Please let me know so I can figure out the issue.

    Regards,

    Hi Chetna,

Thank you for your quick response. Here is the screenshot. I don’t know if they are logged in or not.

At first I thought it only happened with non logged in users but actually it’s just intermittent. Hoping for a resolution on this…

Is there any news regarding a fix for this?

    Hi,

I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site. And I am able to reproduce it.

I have came to the site and add a product to the cart. Then I have entered the details on the checkout page.

After “Cart Abandoned Cut off time” is passed, I have checked the checkbox “Create an account?” and entered the password on the checkout page. Then I have placed an order for the same cart.

Then after the cart abandoned cut off time is reached, I have checked on the Abandoned Orders tab that blank cart is being displayed.

    Please see the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/TtfcvkfTKmV

I will fix this issue in our next plugin update. You can provide me your email address, so I can send you an updated copy of our plugin with this fix.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka

@chetnapatel – Please do not ask users for their email addresses on these forums.

    https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#the-bad-stuff

It’s OK to ask them to file a ticket on your support site and, once there, the discussion is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to mention here that they should enter or send their email or site credentials. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Hi All,

Today, we have released the Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin version 4.6. In which I have fixed the issue where the guest user places the order after the Cart abandoned cut off time then the plugin was capturing the blank records on Abandoned Orders tab.

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and confirm with us whether the issue has been resolved or not?

Let me know if you have any further queries.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
