Reset ID ticket

    I would like to reset the ID numbers (for begining to 001) of all ticket. Is it possible et how to do ?

    Hi:

    Unfortunately that is not possible. The ticket IDs are actually POST IDs which are generated by WordPress for all post types.

    Maybe you can create a number custom field and add some code to update it with a sequential number for every ticket. You can call it something like “AltTicketNumber”. Just an idea.
