Unable to upload any new photos.

    Due to the present PHP problems I have been rolled back to PHP 5.6.6.by my webhoster and my galleries do show again. However, I am unable to upload any new photos to existing galleries, nor can I create new galleries.
    The error message says: “There was a problem uploading the file”.
    Any clue ?

    I am closing this one again because I found out that I am also unable to upload any photos to the “normal” WordPress Media, it is therefore not plugin related. But just for info, when trying to upload to the WordPress Media, I am receiving an error message saying it may have to do with the php.ini file (“post_max_size” and “upload_max_filesize”.

    The http upload was by error disbaled in in the php.ini file when switching back to PHP 5.6.6. This has now been solved. All fine. Waiting now for the next stable PHP 7.2.x version since under PHP 5.6.6. the site has become slower but is otherwise ok.
