RSS not working and creating and uploading it

For my website https://power-pickers.com/ I’m trying add an RSS but if you go to my site, you can see that I get an error. I’ve been searching on the forums but every post either has no response at all or the response that is given is not informative enough to help. I’ve manually created an RSS. Now I need to know where I upload the xml file. If anyone knows where I go to upload the file I’d appreciate it.
