• I’ve started getting this error in Chrome: SyntaxError: Unexpected Identifier

When I open the Console, there’s no info. If I click the ‘ok’ button in the error dialogue, the page loads fine. Happens on every page of the site.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

Hmm I’m not getting that in Chrome. Have you cleared your browser’s cache? If so, which device are you using?

    Macbook. Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94

Issue was first reported by client (it’s a client site). I think he’s also on a Mac.

    What are you looking on?

    Windows 10.
I’ve just checked on Macintosh High Sierra, Chrome 62 and I also don’t get the popup.

Can you replicate this issue or was it just something the client reported? The first step to resolving it is replicating it.

happens on my machine on in Chrome. not in Safari or Firefox.

I’m seeing the issue in chrome when I click on the nav links.. looks like its the xjaxify script that Salient is using.

Try deactivating some plugins to see if there is a conflict, better still you should probably update the theme, latest is 8.5.3 and you are some 50 versions behind that. You issue was probably fixed long ago.

Thanks. I was preparing to update the theme. Haven’t touched this site in years.
