    Hi Marcel,
Been using the plugin and it’s working great – thank you very much.

One question regarding its compatibility with other plugins. I’m trying to get it to work with the Recent Posts Widget Extended plugin, but there seems to be some issues with image size of the thumbnail version, I think due to the way that plugin works.

Please see the example page URL and scroll to the very bottom (refer bottom right) – you can see the larger image thumbnail in the related posts list that is due to using a featured image from URL.

I’m guessing it’s due to not having an equivalent thumbnail sized image stored on the wordpress media library.

I understand it’s probably due to the other plugin’s implementation, but if you have any pointers to resolving this it would be much appreciated! From using the inspector, it seems to me as though the featured image from URL is not assigned the same class tags as a thumbnail equivalent would be.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @jolieryder.

Your “Recent Posts” section doesn’t define a size for the images, for example style=”width:45px”. So the image shown has the real size.

So you just need to edit your “Recent Posts” code and define a max size for the images there. Maybe the author can help you with that.

Anyway, FIFU doesn’t apply any style to the images. It’s always a theme responsibility. Or, in your case, it’s responsibility of your plugin to define the size of the images.

Thanks for the quick response Marcel, I’ll look into that. Cheers!
