    Hello,

    I have set up canada post plugin but am reciving an error message in my WooCommerce dash board that says:

    An error occurred in WooCommerce Services. Details are logged here.

    When I check the log it is as follows:

    I have tried going to check out at my store and it says this:

    No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Can anybody help me?

    In order to help you, we would require the debug log of the plugin. The above info provided by you is not the debug info from our plugin.

    – Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

    We will analyse the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.
    Note : Make sure that you have removed all sensitive info from the request.

    This is what it is saying now:

    Product #0 is missing weight. Aborting.
    No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Canada Post is in Development mode or WP DEBUG is on – note, returned services may not match those set in settings. Production mode will not have this problem. To hide these messages, turn off debug mode in the settings.

    This error means that you need to provide weight of the product in the cart. Once the weight is put, the rates will be fetched from the Canada Post plugin. You can follow the video titled “Product weight” in this link to see how to set a weight .

    This error means that you have to provide the weight of the product in the cart. Once done, the prices will be reflected without any problem.

    Okay, but now that I have added weights it is doubling the amount every time. For instance when I add 2 products to my cart which will be shipped in the same size box it is charging $20 for shipping instead if $10. How can I fix this?

    Hi @chronichub,

    The basic version has the feature of packing items individually. So if there are 3 items in the cart, then the shipping will be calculated for 3 items individually. Hence the rate will come in multiples if multiple quantities are there in cart.

    The premium version has a host of packing options available like Pack items individually, box packing and weight based packing.
    Besides, that you can print labels in the premium plugin and also track your shipments from within woocommerce.

    There are other features as well.

    Thanks for the reply.
    You are getting this error :
    “Product # is missing dimensions. Aborting”

    This error will go away if you provide the dimensions and weight of the product. You can provide the dimensions by referring the video here.

    Instead of the weight, you have to provide the dimensions. Hope that helps!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    From the log it seems that your product is missing weight. As a result the rates are not coming. Can you please put in the weight and then try again.

    Do confirm to us after that.

    I am having the same issue with the Stamps.com plug-in. Many of my products have “Variable” weights and all the weights are entered properly in the variables. It seems to not want to look at the variables.
