    Hi, the plugin works and I love it. I was able to get it to do exactly what I need for my bail bonds FAQ.

    I do have one small issue, however. When I click on some titles, a 2nd irrelevant bucket opens in addition to the one I clicked.

    You can test this Bail Bonds Network – FAQ Page

    You can click through the titles to see a 2nd one open up. For example, it happens on Do you get bail money back? where it also opens the answer bucket for How much does bail cost for different crimes?

    A second question I have is the hyperlinking using the #id in the URL. If I go to any of the links previously mentioned, it simply underlines the title but doesn’t expand it. Is there a way to trigger the auto expand when someone goes to the #id URL?

    Thanks so much!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hmmm… interesting.
    Try not using numbers, but rather human readable words as your id’s (maybe also good for SEO).
    For example:

    id="1" becomes id="money_back"

    and

    id="14" becomes id="cost_crimes"

    We’ll do some research on the number issue and see if we can recreate the problem and get back to you with the cause and a more permanent solution.

    As for the second question, we are not seeing this on your site. For example, when we go to: https://bailbondsnetwork.com/faq.html#18 the Can I get a free bail bond? section is expanded scrolled to. What browser are you using? Are you experiencing this across different browsers, devices/computers?

    We’ll do what we can to help get this sorted out for you, but we first need to see the issues recreated.

    Thanks! I’d like to keep the link juice and consistency from before with the #s in the URL structure. I can change it and 301 redirect but would like to keep it as-is if it can be resolved.

    I’m not having the issue right now with problem #2. It must be some odd cache/browser issue. I was using Chrome.

    OK, we found why multiple targets where being triggered.
    We have fixed this in an update scheduled to be released next week, however you can immediately upgrade to version 1.7.9a directly from GitHub

    Let us know if this resolves your initial issue.
