‘Successful subscription’ e-mail

Hi guys,

I’m wondering if there is a built-in feature within this plugin / mailchimp that allows for an e-mail to be automatically sent to the subcriber that offers them a thank you message.

For example, my popup is advertising that by signing up to the newsletter, the customer can save 15% off their next order, with the use of a coupon that would be pre-defined and sent to them upon successful signup. After a user has subscribed, I would like an e-mail to automatically be sent to them containing the coupon code. Is this possible to achieve?
