• Hi all,

    We’re having issues with our website, more specifically completing payments with Paypal via Woocommerce.

    When trying to go ahead with payment on an order it’s failing to go through to the next step, and coming up with an undisclosed error in the red box.

    If anyone has any ideas on how this can be fixed that would be much appreciated.

    I think there could be lots of different reasons for this. Have a look at WooCommerce’s PayPal docs and see if any of that helps.

    @2vnetrhys, I’m afraid that I would definitely need more info on that one. As @neilgilmour, it may easily be a variety of reasons. I’d first go through WooCommerce’s documentation and then check if everything in PayPal’s fields is correct.

    I would suggest enabling debugging on WooCommerce’s side and pasting some of the log file generated, so that we can have a better idea of what’s wrong. You can enable WC’s debugging through WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal.
