Clarification on this plugin please

In reading the description of the plugin, I’m rather confused. I’m looking for a plugin that will fully remove ALL generated thumbnails associated with original images. I’d like to remove all the thumbnails so that I can have them re-generated, and then optimized with an optimization plugin. Can this plugin do that?
