How to Add Threaded Comments?

    Hey WordPress community, I’m working on a new design on https://www.mikemartinracing.com/simplistica, and am wondering how to add WordPress 2.7 threaded comments to the template. I normally use disqus comments, so I’m not very familiar with the wordpress system. The current API call I’m using is

    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    So, I’m not entirely sure how to add the reply functionality. This is the first theme I have designed from scratch, so I’m a little bit of a newbie, so please be kind…
