linking a new page to home page

  • I have a site in which I publish a new page each night at midnight. The previous days page expires at the same time. My problem is I want the new page to link to my Home page. As of now, I have to manually change it each day, as it remains linked to the expired page.

    Is there a plugin or something for this? I have looked everywhere.

    Are you publishing a post or a Page?

    Guess either way you could put a link in the Template that is displaying that.

    Or use a plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/page-links-to/

    It is a page. I tried this plugin, it doesn’t work for me.

    My pages are scheduled pages. Once they become active, they don’t link back to the home page until I manually go into and change the front page to display the new static page. I was hoping there was someithing to link them so I didn’t have to do that each day.

    Change your Home Page’s Page Template to display just the latest PAGE.

    Where do I do this? If it is in the page.php file what exactly do I change?

    The only other thing I see is under settings and it only lets you change the front page to display “latest posts” or a static page (which I have to change each day manually. Thanks
