My chatbot is not answering

    Hi this is very urgent.

    I have installed this plugin in my webpage, even customized. But whenever I send a message to the chatbot, it is not replying.

    I have tried a lot of things and it is not working. Does it have to do with my wordpress?

    Hi,

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. Your issue appears to be caused by a bot detection feature Byethost places on their server. We may add support for this in the future, but to address this issue immediately you would have to ask your hosting service provider (Byethost) to disable this.
