Plugin: New User Approve

OK, so I ended up only installing and activating the first one. The other came in as an update then later. That said, you need to fix this.

First one = 0.2

Hi, I installed the plugin, but the administrator’s registration email does not arrive. Only emails arrive to the customer who registers !!!

@marcogecky I’m having that issue as well & I’m also having an issue where the emails aren’t allowing me to customize them.
