Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Does the plugin display a message that the WP_CRON is disabled and needs to be active in order to process all data?
When no notification is showing than I need some extra information from you in order to find out what is happening.
Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true
Your URL should look something like this now:
….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true
On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me ([email protected])? It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feeds.
