One moderator for each group

Hi all,

I have made a community using wordpress version 4.8 where I’ve created multiple forums, groups. I want one particular user should have full control on one specific group, basically one admin/moderator for each group. Is it possible, is there any specific plugin for it.. or any code changes ?? I searched a lot but didn’t get any. Can anyone please help me on the issue ?
