Admin notification of user awaiting approval

    Hi – apologies if this has been covered elsewhere; I cannot find a setting that governs whether the admin receives an email notification when a new user is awaiting approval. I know admin notifications are working, as when I had users set to auto-approve, I got notification of each registration. However, when I turned ‘need approval’ on, a new registrant correctly gets their ‘please wait wile etc etc’ email, and the user is listed as ‘Pending approval in the WP dashboard, but I’ve had no notification. I’ve checked through https://ultimatemember.com/how-to-manually-approve-new-user-registrations-wordpress-site/, but I can’t see anything I haven’t done.

    Hi @petebm,

    Can you please check that you have a correct email address in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Notifications and “Account Needs Review Notification is turned ON”.
