    I have set the appearance to “minimized by default”, position = bottom right, full-screen: no and size = large and on the whole it works fine.

    Problem: In Safari – Version 10.1.2 – on a MacBook however if I open the website for the first time (Bot is shown minimized = correct) and then click on the round symbol to open the chatbot it is nearly invisible and I have to drag that chatbot up to see the text of the greeting???

    If I do the same in Chrome (Version 60.0.3112.90 in OS X on the same MacBook) it is shown correctly.

    Is it possible to fix that Problem?

    I open in Safari 11.0.2, and it works fine.
    Please, whats is the version of your WordPress?

    If it works in Safari 11 I think I need not fix that Problem (I’m using Safari 10.1.2 and that seems to create the problem).

    Word-Press-Version = 4.9.1
