fts_shorturl() doesn’t work with dymanic liks?

  • Hello, I am hoping someone can tell me what I am doing wrong.

    If I place the following in my template files it works great:
    <?php fts_shorturl('https://www.test.com.au/test/'); ?>

    But the below doesn’t work:
    <?php fts_shorturl(blogifo('url') . '/test'); ?>

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
