    Hi:

Can you let us know what version of PHP and WordPress are you using? The plugin needs PHP 5.6 and later to work.

If you are already running PHP 5.6 or later then chances are you’re running into a conflict with another plugin. Its easy to figure out which plugin is conflicting though. You can turn off other plugins and see if the menu shows up. If it does then you can turn on your plugins one by one to see which one causes the menu to not show up.

    Thanks!

    Hi:

Thanks for letting us know! If you’re going to upgrade you might as well go straight to 7.1 – its much much faster (though you’ll want to make sure all your plugins and themes support that version.)

    Good luck.

I’ve to many websites on my server, so i’ve to check if php 7.1 it’s ok.

Installed php 5.6 but same issue, i’ve to many plugins for check one by one.
I’ve tried with a new one installation of wordpress and the menu doesn’t appear.

    Edit
I’ve found the plugin and turned off.
I’ve checked the default pages created by the plugin but there aren’t.

    Hi:

So you installed the plugin on a new site that had PHP 5.6 installed but the menu doesn’t show up and the pages aren’t created?

    Thanks.

PS: If you had the plugin installed on the site with PHP 5.6 or earlier and then upgraded to 5.6 or later, you’ll have to delete it and the reinstall it because it would not have installed properly on the earlier php versions.

Now it’s ok but, the changes are not saved.

    Hi:

Can you clarify what you mean by “changes are not saved”?

    Thanks.

    (@ikaroweb)

when you want to save the changed options.

    Hi:

Is it all options or just some options?

Can you go to the TICKETS->TOOLS->SYSTEM STATUS tab and attach a screen shot here? Make sure the screen shot shows the SERVER section.

    Thanks.

    Hi:

The only other thing to do is to see if another plugin or theme is getting in the way.

You can turn off other plugins and theme and see if the items save. If it does then you can turn on your plugins one by one to see which one causes the menu to not show up.

You can also try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

Are you running a WordPress multisite install?

    (@ikaroweb)

I can try on a new fresh install of wordpress.
Wordpress is not on multisite install.

    Hi:

How did the new install work out?

    Thanks.

    Fine.
Now i’m checking which plugin is in conflict.
