PDF viewer accepting “search=…” parameter

In Adobe’s specs for a PDF-viewer we can attach a parameter #search=… when opening a PDF, so that we can jump straight to the first hit.

This does not work with the built-in PDF viewers of Safari, Chrome or Opera, and therefore not on most mobile devices (though it does work in FireFox).

Question: is there a PDF viewer plug-in that supports opening a PDF straight at a search term? That way it would work on any device/browser
