No email notification for Pending Review

If a user adds an event from the Front End and sets the event to Pending Review, the admin does not get an email notification. How do I set it so that the admin gets an email when a user requests a review of their event?
And a follow up question/observation – when the Pending Review is published by the administrator, the user does not get an email to notify them of the acceptance of the email. How can I do that?
