Add a note to the cart?

    Is there a way to add a note to the cart? In my case, I am selling registrations to a conference. I would like people to be able to put their name with the payment. In the case of 1 person, it is easy as it is the person that is paying with paypal. The issue occurs when the person is paying for more than 1 person.
