Ticket as a single product

    Hi,

    I’m using this plugin for concert tickets and although the calendar idea is also good, we would like to create something like a shop, where you have all the concert tickets one next to the other.

    But when I use the single product ticket directly, not through a calendar – event – etc. When I receive the confirmation email with the download link, it doesn’t work.

    It seems that someone else had the same problem here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unable-to-view-tickets/

    But I’m not able to find the solution. It seems that it was solved in the other topic. Could you let me know the steps to fix it?

    Hi Berta, Since Opentickets was designed to sell tickets using the calender -you may be able to use the Woocommerce Shop page to display your tickets for the display you are seeking – or you can also use Opentickets Display Options however not sure it will provide you display layout you are looking for. If the options provided was not helpful please feel free to open a support ticket from your Opentickets My Account page.
