Pro Version for

  • Dear Support,

    We installed the free version of your plugin ‘WooCommerce added to cart popup (Ajax)’ and then bought a paid-license for the plugin ‘Cart Pop Up for WooCommerce’ from your website.

    However, when we download the plugin from within our account at Xootix.dom and install it, it does not appear that the paid-for-features are activated. We seem to only have the free version.

    Please investigate and advise.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
